Gene Skaggs grew up in Key West, Florida.  In his early teens he started seeking various modalities to fill the hunger in his heart that longed to find "why."  In his twenties he discovered A Course in Miracles and has written four books on the subject.  He has been teaching it since 1988 - please go to geneskaggs.com which lists the books he has written on the Course as well as two additional books Anderson Speaks and Anderson Speaks Again, pertaining to the messages his son gave him after he laid his body down in 2009.

 

Gene has spoken all over the country on these topics and has been interviewed by numerous talk radio stations.  Gene also uses the process of PSYCH-K, has a private counseling practice, and is certified in Access Consciousness (accessing the bars) in his practice.

 

But his love is Quantum Touch which he was introduced to in 2011.  Quantum Touch is an energy healing modality that looks at your body as energy.  He feels there is nothing like it in dealing with physical and emotional issues in a fast, easy fashion where the client can see and feel instant results.

 

In 2014 he became a Certified Quantum Touch Practitioner; and in 2015 he acquired the status of a Certified Quantum Touch Instructor.  He currently is the only instructor of Quantum Touch in Tennessee.

 

By the end of 2015 he figured he has logged in approximately 4,000 hours of Quantum Touch.  Richard Gordon, the founder of Quantum Touch, states that for every 30 hours of using Quantum Touch your energy doubles.

 

Gene has numerous testimonies regarding his results in the practice of Quantum Touch.  Among them are various results using Quantum Touch non-locally (which means not in person) via phone, facetime, and skype.  Some of the results center around cancer, back pain, knee, hips, weight gain, addictions, shoulder, breast cancer, sleep, etc.
